Infernos

Clapham
One of the last surviving 70’s discotheques in London, Infernos remains a nightlife institution. A no-frills 80’s music policy, heavily draped in irony, allows a young professional crowd to indulge in guilty pleasures.
A pioneering open guest list policy contributed to the club’s rapid growth in profile. Run on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, it served as a refreshing antidote to the cold anonymity of most West End clubs. In place of burly bodyguards, guestlist ladies Lisa Lovechild and Cherry Amore greeted guests with a friendly smile on arrival. Even four years after the club first opened, 3,500 guests still pass through Inferno’s doors every weekend.
